I paid using a BOC card to a restaurant by the seaside on the last full moon day (a month ago). There were a few family members with me and the bill was about Rs 30,000
It's past a month now and the restaurant guy called me and said that he hasn't got the funds yet. I called the BOC and they insist that they settled it in three days and provided me with a reference number to check with the POS issuer. Till last week they haven't got the funds into their account.

That's probably why they are reluctant to accept credit card payments. They always say transfer to their account.

I thought it's unusual too. The receiver account is with Commercial. He also said that another payment of nearly Rs 100,000 is missing too. That payment had been done using an overseas credit card. From the same card he received two other payments satisfactorily.
He contacted me because he knew where I am.
