George R.R. Martin announced last September that a ‘Game Of Thrones’ prequel film was definitely on the cards (even though he wouldn’t be a part of it). And now, we hear that HBO has already started approaching actors to play some important characters in the ‘Game Of Thrones’ prequel film on Robert’s Rebellion. Looks like it’s really happening! 2. Naomi Watts as Rhaella Targaryen
This British actress might be seen playing Rhaella Targaryen, the sister and wife of Aerys II Targaryen.
3. Tony Curran as Tywin Lannister
It’s going to be a tough job to match up to Charles Dance’s act in the series, Tony!
4. Charlie Cox as Rhaegar Targaryen
The eldest son of the Mad King, Rhaegar Targaryen might be played by Charlie Cox.
5. Peter Capaldi as Aerys Targaryen
‘Doctor Who’ Peter Capaldi might play the Mad King in the film and we cannot hold our excitement.
6. Imogen Poots as Cersei Lannister
