i found out smudge brush tool used to shape around the womens picture ..

see the difference between two people (man and women) in this picture. look the shape difference around them !

and it is very cheaper work done by a designer, he found a good way of hiding the face of that so called ghost by put in a flare effect right into the middle of the face of the ghost .....
