There we discussed the history of appointing Prime Ministers on selfish protective ground by capitalist leadership of UNP and former SLFP. D B Wijethunga, Ranil Wickramasingha and Rathnasiri Wickramanaya were fortunate (so called) leaders who had wind fall when appointed as Prime Ministers for being indifferent and ineffective.
