Railway workers were probably following their orders and I dont think that field workers had the authority to change the decision at the field.Minister could have easily contacted the relevant minister or higher railway officer to hold the action. But instead he used thewarapperuma approach which is not acceptable. I totally agree with him on trace city project though.</p></blockquote><p></p>
