This matter mainly depends on two things as i think,

1. How much they expose
2. On when they expose​

For me wearing short(but not TOO SHORT !) seems okay. But they should consider where they wear like that way and when. They should understand the fact that some people in some areas consider wearing short as an implication of lust and stuff....

I mean when i was in SL if i saw a girl wearing 4~5 inches above the knee even i would think in that way(deffa i would). With the culture it changes, if you come here(US) wearing short is not that much big of a deal and i can agree with that.

But in the end of the day if you look back, it is all about how you see and how you think about that. If you want, you can see a girl wearing shortly as a whore or what ever, or you can see how she looks beautiful and her other personality stuff. Its just all in your mind.

100 agree macho, its the way u look @ it. It's all in ur mind. For a example if u wear a saree may b 7,8 inches exposed. Compare this with a 1/2 inch we can see between a girls top & pants. How u think?
But we can't say looking at them is bad. Most of the time they wear those clothes knowing whats the other peoples reaction. Also they want to have others attraction also. So its not a big deal I guess.
