And 1000 Million aka 1 billion in cash were found in terrorist owned direct bank account and around 1.8 billion worth of other assets were confiscated. Now lets divide 2.8 billion by 1 million. At least 2800 rs per capita of muslims have donated for the cause. 2800 rs is a big amount fir anyone to "donate" aeay. So at least 60% of thr muslims should have donated becausr no other way of funding. And appearently foreign aids were not reached from isis international network.
