Yes, it's possible, but you need to be a being from another dimension. This can be explained in 2D and 3D. 2D is flat and only has length and width, while 3D has another vector depth. Assume there exists a 2D dimension, just like a drawing of a caged bird or a vault. A bird can't escape. but 3D dimensions can directly look into the cage and gain access. This analogy is the same for higher-dimensional beings. They have the ability to change time. but not us.
