TNA Digamadulla district parliamentarian Podiappu Piyasena has joined the UPFA.
Piyasena who voted with the government in support of the 18th Amendment on Thursday told timesonline that the TNA is not doing anything for the welfare of the Tamils and hence he was joining the government side.
