โบ Vehicles travelling from Thalangama can reach Nugegoda High Level Road, by travelling through Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Kimbulawala junction, Madiwela Road, Pita Kotte, and Pagoda
Meanwhile, police said that vehicle parades and rallies would be banned on this day. Legal action would be taken for those who violate this law, police warned.
