Torjan!

I have Kaspersky Internet Security version 7.0.0.120

My problem is my stupid sister hv downloaded something 4rm da internet!
When KIS was turned off!

My problem is there r so many Torjans in my PC!
Every day when I open KIS @ least 7 torjans get detected & get deleted!
But there r still trojans in my PC! ( even now it detected 5 trojans)

Is there any good software 2 remove those Trojans???
Becoz the trojans hv started their work!

There r six accounts 2 chose 2 log onto when da computer is started!
Pls help me! I can't format my Hard becoz I hv a lot of important files!
