when im downloading a torrent timeout error some times after 50% is done

does this happen to all torrents?

the timeout could occur due to
1. the peer closing the connection.
2. the tracker closing its connection
3. not setting up firewall settings properly.

it doesnt mean that the torrent down loader is faulty

try downloading a new torrent file with a file size less than 10Mb and then see the situation.

if it still doesnt work then try using a torrent downloader like bittorrent.

but utorrent did relace a new version.

well if its happening for 2types of torrent downloaders then the only thing i can think of is that uve got ur settings wrong. or uve got a bad tracker website. else it always could be a virus. wont do u any harm just 2 hv a virus check up
