1) add more seeders by adding more trackers into the download file.
2) forward the port on the router
3) unblock the utorrent client in firewall guard
4) reduce the upload limit to 1 cause you can NOT make it 0 to stop uploading ,basically 0 means unlimited.
5) always download torrents which has higher amount of seeders and splitted files into pieces not just single large file.
6) stop downloading other files during torrenting.
there might be more I guess you better to make a quick search on Google about this.
