Well... But if they manage to get the torrent file... he he! thn they can go ne.. 'cause torrents doesn't use any DNS or so, I think they canno be blocked... only part they can block is the torrent search n download feature.. I tihnk... he he! so it is only a matter of having a cool friend - overseas..

use less private trackers instead of public ones...(not the registrations are closed ones..but the ones where u have to register..they have good stuff & is less in the limelight..)
