Sticker also says that the vehicle is a low fuel consumption vehicle that's why it's not there in bigger engined cars/SUVs. This is a sticker issued inside Japan for cars driven there. So brand new exported vehicles don't get this as they are not supposed to be registered/driven inside Japan. Reconditioned/used cars will have the sticker.Some cars that are used slightly in Japan and then shipped to SL with near brand new condition might have the stickers.</blockquote>
