Like I said, yahoo doesnt give the user's IP. Only the IP of their web mail server and their own smtp server.

there isnt one. You cant trace it like this.
You can try sending a phishing page to him. If he's dumb enough, he might fall for it.

Do a search for this email address on social sites and search engines. If its used, it'll turn something up. If not, you'll have to get a court order and request from yahoo to disclose details.
