Today i was stopped by two cops (they were not traffic cops. didn't have the white shoulder belt) at Mirigama for not displaying Revenue License on the windscreen. I had the original with me but they took my license for not displaying on the windscreen.
Is there such law to paste the revenue license on the windscreen?
