Dude's voice is perfect for the character, but even if he acted, he wont be seen as a person, so why waste the cash on adding him onto the scene?

Not the proto since he's too old to play that role. He could've done a great job as the head of the Govt agency.

I now understand that the stategy behind the best digital art is Creatvity, combined with technology. But self creativity comes first
