Our Local psychiatrits are liars

psychiatrits say mental illnesses are caused by chemical imbalance
Do google search - exact cause of mental illness -
then read the hits.you'll see only words that say mental illnesses are unkown.
science is yet to find the root cause of mental illnesses.so if cause is unkown then how come psychiatrits give drugs?
No science no cure
No science no cure
any illness can be clearly proved by lab tests but not mental illness.
