The set-top box doesn't even have a HDMI output for us to receive in HD.They will say that rain is not going to affect the transmission, but the thing is the satellite down link that they get (from Videocon) gets interrupted during rain and foreign channels stops working. (Local channels e.g. Rupavahini and ITN continues to work even during rain)Paying bills is another hassle. The procedure is quite a haphazard one. We have to deposit money in to a Seylan bank account and call them each and every time. To make things worse they answer the phone only from 9.00am to 5.00pm weekdays.Extremely disappointed with the service!To be fair to them, the good thing is that it is cheap and has local channels + very few good international channels like Star cricket HD.Happy to answer any other (burning) questions!!</blockquote>
