What is the growisofs version ?
What is the OS and kernel version ?

my DVD rom is Pioneer, Buffer percentage is 100%! I am using intrepid ibex kernel 2.6.27.11-generic!

Looks like this is a known bug since 2005!

Did you try creating the image first and then burning the image ? that sometimes work.
Also there's advance growisofs command parameters that you can try to bypass the OPC check but it doest guarantee results every time.

I installed Kubuntu 8.04 thanx to Gayan .. I can't say i'm a fan yet bt gonna improve ma knowledge.. but honestly im a Windows Fan..
