The waters are rising.  He prays for salvation from the Lord.  A boat pulls up by his door and the navigator of the boat tells him to hop aboard.  He refuses saying the Lord is my salvation.  The waters rise.  He is force up to the second floor. Another boat stops by his second floor window and the driver of the boat tells him to hop aboard   He refuses saying : The Lord is my salvation.  The waters rise even more and he is forced onto his roof.  At that point a helicopter appears overhead and a line is dropped to him.  He refuses the lift saying: The Lord is my salvation.  The waters rise some more and this man is drowned.He awakens in heaven and is admitted.  He asks the gate keeper if he can talk to the Lord.  The gate keeper says of course, come with me.  The keeper takes him to the Lords  and the man asks the Lord how come He did not save him. He has been obedient,  charitable and moral all his life.   The Lord says to him: "Gee, I don't know what you are complaining about.  I sent two boats and a helicopter to pick you up"</blockquote>
