Also, Ukrainians are flooded with NLAWs and SAM supplies. It will affect heavily Russian troops' advancement. They need to minimalize the civilian casualties. Ukrainians know that and that is why they trying to keep the people in the city. If not, I guess they have already finished it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
