Ulead Video Studio

Hey,
I edited a video from Ulead Video Studio 11. I want to convert it into WMV. So, I went to Share and selected Create Video File & then selected WMV. But I couldn't customize the settings which I wanted.
Ex:
Bitrate
Video Size

Also,I tried Custom on Create Video File. But I couldn't do it.

Plzzz,help me. How can I custom the settings of WMV
