If you print a document in Word on a Windows XP SP3 computer (or a Vista computer) and find that it prints correctly the first time but on subsequent occasions, any underlines in the document are not printed, this may be because you've turned off the "print in background" setting in Word options and are using an HP Universal Print driver.
