There are various free online courses in English via the Helsinki University. No prior knowledge is required, beginners can start to learn programming basics from the Introduction to Programming course, or start to get familiar with artificial intelligence from the course Elements of AI. Some links below to some of the free listed courses. I believe some include free certificates but you will need to double check.
