However, it has  now been appointed. Valiant soldiers who fought this war did not commit  anything wrong that paves the way for international intervention.  The  government failed to implement the 17th Amendment and reactivate the  independent commissions,” MP Karunatilake said.         He said that issues of international concern could not be addressed  through the fiery political rhetoric which is normally used by ruling  party politicians to whip up emotions in the electorate.     Dailymirror</blockquote>
