I was in Singapore about 12 days or so ago for a few days. Just as I returned I had a family wedding in Cinnamon where we spent time from about 9 AM to 4 PM.  Later we travelled with the couple and stayed in a down south hotel for a few days till the homecoming. The following weekend we stayed at a boutique hotel in Koggala Lake where we met our friends who work in Galle & Matara.Next Tuesday I wasn't feeling well, feeling very lethargic.  I skipped my breakfast, no big deal at all as it's always just one slice of bread and coffee. Did a RAT test. Negative. But I knew that something is wrong. I am immune to normal bugs to which I get usually exposed anyway and if I am crook it's something very big.Night I had my usual drinks & dinner and the next day I had the same feeling. Did a RAT again, negative. The day went by, skipped breakfast and lunch was just pineapple & mango. Night - my usual routine.Thursday - whole morning thirsty. Had Lemon tea, Ginger tea and finally a lot of King Coconut.  After a few drinks had dinner.  Told my wife something is wrong but I can't figure out.No fever, no cough, no sneezing, no body aches - no symptoms at all except for a weird feeling. Later that night I had the need to pass urine regularly and it was painful. Not due to any acidity in urine but something else.In the morning on Friday, I collected a urine sample and told my wife to pass it to the lab for testing. She said better get some blood tests too as I have been complaining for a few days.Anyway, I thought I am going to get a urine or a prostate infection. Started a combo antibiotic just in case after a blood sample was taken. because of the Singapore visit I did a PCR too.Friday evening the results of the blood test was known. I am always within the acceptable limits even though I check every four years or so. This time the abnormalities were -CRP 126.00 (very high), Iron low at 3.0, Potassium low at 3.0, Ferritin quite high, Leucocytes high at 63 and PSA 29 ( this can be non-indicative with urine problems). So surely something is wrong.
