Please note that this ROM is intended only for the following mobile devices and you should not flash this ROM to other devices, if u do so I will not be responsible for the damage it causes. This upgrading is not for newbees and is only for people who know abt WM devices, so pls don't do foolish things and Brick ur valuable phone

~ HTC Artemis and Love are sometimes known by different names depending on their carrier. HTC P3300 / HTC P3350 / Orange SPV M650 / O2 Xda orbit / T-Mobile MDA Compact III / Dopod P800W / Dopod P800 / Dopod M700

To "flash" a new ROM to ur Artemis/ Love (or any other WM device) first u need to do a CID unlocking, otherwise if u flash the ROM straight ahead u will brick ur phone, so please keep that in mind. The prog needed for the CID unlocking is not attached in this rar file, so pls refer to my previous post here to get the CID unlocking prog. It has 2 steps and everything is given clearly during the setup process. If you have already done CID unlocking then you don't need to unlock ur device again. If u need any info regarding flashing pls leave a comment, Good luck

~ Screen shots

Guys unfortunately these are the only screen shots I managed to find, but I have added a youtube link to give u guys an idea how cool WM 6.5 really is. Pls note the HTC phone featured in the video is not the Artemis/Love ;)

Morning mate... :) Ok follow these steps,

~ First u have to do a proper CID unlocking, go here and D/L the prog a manual is also attached

~ Then D/L this ROM version here, the build is 21812 but it's pretty stable and I have installed this version.

~ After D/L these two connect ur device to the PC via active sync

~ Then run the USPL prog and do the CID unlocking

~ After the CID unlocking ur PC might say that the active sync connection is lost or something like that, don't do anything with the active sync connection, just leave it alone

~ After that run "ROMUpdateUtility.exe" from the newly D/L ROM folder then continue with the onscreen commands, it's pretty simple, during the ROM flashing, ur device screen will show the RGB colours or the Linux penguin, just don't panic it's part of the ROM flashing ;)

~ While running the ROMUpdateUtility if the prog says no device is detected then u have to unplug the USB connection and plug it again, then the PC will recognize the device. (This thing sometimes happens with XP and it was a real pain, but with Windows 7 everything seems smooth ;) )

Hopefully this time e'thing will go nicely, keep us informed abt the progress, Cheers.........
