sorry i checked the camera with mine but everthings ok, try to do a hard reset if you get any trouble

Hard reset - press and hold two soft keys (above the send and end keys) and do a reset with the stylus. this will wipe all your device memory and contacts so do back up before this

sorry to hear that anuja. looks like your touch screen part got some allignment problem.

try opening and align it back (don't remove the touch screen glass) , try to remove the air between housing and lcd

for touch screen, theres a thin glass layer above the LCD which connects str8 to LCD ribbon cable connector and comes together with main LCD,

if u can find this part, you can replace only the touch screen part of the lcd with little bit of soldering,

open it again and play around little bit with the lcd and housing. don't touch the motherboard as it works fine

this is a chinese tv/dual sim card model, isnt it?. i will hav a look but im not sure we can find it though.
