In the control panel machan there is "Internet Options"
go there and go for the Security Tab

In that select the zone "internet" (will be automatically selected by default)
and change the security level to Medium High perhaps

Just U Take a look at the Firewall Settings And The AntiVirus Settings....U can Untick the Ones u r Blocked......

Untick Parrental Control...Applications...etc....If u know English....u can Do it by ur Self.......

activex bolcked means ur not Allowed to Install any Applications I think....So...in the Secury Guard..u'll Find a Box Ticked called Applications Or Something like that....
