Show them your NIC, they will anyway check your face against the Passport before releasing the passport. Token is there to make the process easier but it's not a blocker if you don't have it.

I already tried this. But sadly they say without the token they say its impossible to find the correct passport and they have like 5000 passports there. That is when they said to email the embassy. Already did and its been 2 weeks but no responses

Hopefully they will call you and ask to collect the passport, Then you may show ID and other documents to take the passport.
