Not likely. If China and USA gets in to shooting war and nuke each other (both have ICBMs), India with its growing economy will step in to the huge voids created in the financial world and become the next super power.
If memory serves, India kicked china's ass out of Tibet when the two countries had a shoot out in the late 50s or 60s.

Russia is not 100% Socialist as it was, but its somewhat liek a Socialist system with a humanitarian face. Its major policies yet remain socialist.
And the economy has been driven in that form that even though its Administration has attempted to deviate from Socialism, it keeps going back to it.
