Lets say you have 520 points, you can only use  420. So all you have to do is send an text message (SMS) to 141 with the following text command: STAR PAY 420 <img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2790/4221209745_c1cce8b1e7_o.jpg" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" /> <img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2568/4221177607_7a4b711e1a_o.jpg" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" /> Or lets say you want to settle the bill of another Dialog number  which is registered under your name and you use for data (Mobile  Broadband). You can do that as well. Just follow the simple  instructions.
