son i don't have a 4G router to help you. so just play with router setting pages & find it.
what is that DNS1 thing in 1st screenshot? try to change it & reboot then check on the website that i gave in my 1st post. what are the other settings your router has/

sorry I haven't able to find your router manual. but I have a new prolink router & the DNS settings located in Service page that I can't see in your screenshot.

there is another DNS settings located in Setup page >> LAN >> DHCP page. you can enter the adguard DNS & reboot the router. then go to https://adguard.com/en/adguard-dns/overview.html page & check the middle of the page.

I found the issue. In my router, after I change router password in admin acc, admin acc will automatically become a user privilege account. (It should be an admin privilege acc). So, because of that, I had to reset the router. However, now I have those options thanks to you. So, thank you.

Been using uBlock Origin for years.
Right now, I'm using AdGuard DNS with uBlock Origin, seems like it's doing a decent job.
Thank you for posting this!
