Quit u-torrent and browse the web using firefox.

There is a bandwidth allocated to you. If you are downloading definitely your net connection will get slow.

What you can do is, pay some more to SLT and get more bandwidth

are there any download managing softwares to manage my slt ADSL bandwidth(65 kbps) divids to several parts for use of utorrent(20 kbps) ,IDM(20 kbps) and fire fox browser(25 kbps) at same time, without slow down any of above @ same time downloads.
