Although the available data do not indicate any safety concern or harm to pregnancy, there is insufficient evidence to recommend routine use of COVID-19 vaccines during pregnancy. Also during the trials pregnant women are excluded as per standard practice.
There are no reported birth defects or adverse pregnancy issues on those who were infected with Covid.
In fact Covid 19 antibodies were present in the newborns of those mothers who had Covid 19. This is because of passive immunity, which provides natural protection to the baby as during the second and third trimesters where antibodies cross the placenta.

Gamelaya (The Russian Vaccine developer) states that their vaccine is embryo safe.

There are no known risks....But currently no firm safety data available to know for sure about 100% safety.
Advice depends on where you reside. In the US, the CDC has said that the vaccines should be available to pregnant people but ultimately leaves the decision up to expectant parents and their doctors. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends against it unless the pregnant person is at high risk.
Basically the decision is yours. This is because no one can give you an absolute guarantee.

It's just playing it safe... There are no known issues at all. In fact, Israel Health recommends that pregnant mothers get the vaccine.
Even for breast feeding mothers, the vaccine do not have any harmful components to the baby. The vaccine itself gets absorbed at the site of the injection and the chances that it's present in breast milk itself is minimal. Even if it is, then it will be digested. Any antibodies the mother develops, will be passed onto the baby through milk and thus baby will be protected.
