Oh! where does that do not apply? and it applies to all future and past govt. too

Anyway this was a good move, India has a similar system but its all too late for them because cities like Delhi is one of the most polluted!!!

Colombo is way better in that sense and this will make people think about their vehicles twice and will definitely reduce pollution!!

FYI the problem is with the Shit fuel they import to sri lanka, if they import clean high octane fuel then the Emission will be low

People can't even bare the price of normal fuel you are talking about high octane fuel?
