They were mentioning that due to an accident repair done by Toyota Lanka they can't pay it.  this is a 2018 manufactured Toyota axio. But when I checked with PLC they are paying for brand new parts regardless of where we are going to repair the vehicle. At the same time, I saw a Hilux repaired by Toyota Lanka which was insured by PLI and the owner mentioned that he got the full amount for the repair.That was my experience.</blockquote>
