Thanks everyone for your comments.. saw a video on youtube from a hybrid repair center downsouth.. cant remember the name.. they are saying that they can sort out the dual clutch failure by a simple flush and reprogrmming the ecu.. no idea..

That remedy is for the software issue wich earlier modles had.stafford did that for free, there are no small fixes when the dual clutch fails either replace or rebuild it with repair kit ...call stafford they'll tell you the story.
