VGA and Hard Disk Problem??? HELP ME GUYS!!

Hi guys....

Im getting few errors in my PC and cant find any information considering on the web 2, so thought u guys might knw smthn.
Following is my PC's configuration.

CPU - AMD Athlon 64 (939 Socet) 3000+
MotherBoard - Chaintech
RAM - 512MB DDR1 Kingston PC3200
VGA - Eagle NVIDIA AGP 128MB FX5200 (Doesnt have a cooling fan, only heatsink)
HardDisk - White label - 40GB SATA1
OpticalDrives - 1.Sony DVD-RW
2.Samsung Combo
Monitor - Viewsonic 19inch widescreen LCD (VA1912w)

Question No.1

My displays getting colourful lines and dots sll over @ everytime(booting and when in windows)
I cant play games. Sometimes i can hardly play games but the games seem to be draged away.I mean its like a puzzle.
I have attached a screen shot below.

I dont know whats wrong with it.
Its pins are clean. No dirt.
Its heatsinks get very hot few mins after booting the computer from the day i brought this PC in Octomber 2005.
Please post if you know anything that i can do. guys..


Question No.2

Its with my hard disk.y
When my old hard disk was broken. I got this hard disk from the place I brought it until they replace it.
From few weeks, my hard disk gave this problem the same tym when da VGa got its error(Q no.1)
It gets stuck suddenly. And I Have to RESET.Then it usually starts again. I got this error atleast once a day.
But recently, it gave the following error, when booting.

NLTDR can open disks multi(0) disk(0)

I cant even reinstall Windows XP coz i have to install SATA drivers using a floppy disk while setup.But recently it the setup doesnt recognize my hard disk.
BUT MY HARD DISK GETS DETECTED IN BIOS AND ANY OTHER PLACE.

whats wrong ?????
