Not much performance gap ne.Hey Anusha ayya,Why do they lower the memory speed when goin 2 512MB?If they can still hav the memory speed same as 256MB that will B gr8..

Why do they sell X1300 512MB and 7300GT 512MB models? They are not in the ATI/nVidia reference designs.

Where higher RAM is necessary (such as ultra highend video cards), they will not lower the clock speeds. Sometimes they might even increase them.
