No dual meaning. It has one meaning (except, there was a small grammatical mistake ;))
See, you are looking for a low end motherboard. I'm not. I need a very good motherboard.
You are looking for a not-so-powerful video card. We are not.
NEAT might have what you want, but they don't have what we want.

I didn't get that part about the CPU.
To get the best performance at stock speeds (without overclocking), you have to go with an Intel 975X based motherboard such as the Intel D975XBX2. This Intel motherboard will also let you overclock a lot. (up to 60% I think)
Next best chipset is the P965. It uses very low power and is very fast and is newer than 975X.
nVidia 650i and 680i are a bit slower than Intel chipset at STOCK clock speeds, but they allow you to overclock your FSB to as much as 2133MHz (quad-pumped) and even more, provided your CPU, RAM and cooling can support it.

Nvidia ?? Marune!!!

650i 680i, Are they available here ? (Dont tell me about EPSI)

How much are they ???? But when you are using a core2 Duo, you cannot overclock FSB to 2133MHz neda

Just load it, play it with lowest graphics, play it with medium graphics or play it with full graphics and at which resolution.

If any game with maximum graphics and 2560x1600, I'd say Geforce 8800GTX or even two of them in SLi.

    P.S.
You need to be more specific about the question you ask.
    abut 1024 768 &
or im now using 1280 960 (for desktop )

nVidia 680i based motherboards are over US$400 :D
650i based motherboards are around US$250. These are USA prices. They will bare an enormous premium when they come to SL.

Why can't you overclock C2D to FSB2133? I'm not saying you can do that for every one. If I had a 680i based motherboard like Asus StrikerExtreme, a very good cooling solution and RAM capable of handing 1066MHz, then I could reach FSB2133 provided that the CPU can cope with those clok speeds.

U will never hav enthusiast chipsets by NVidia here.Thats y they r called enthusiast chipsets.Want them?get them.
Can be OCed but with N2O cooling.(BTW N2O means Nitrous Oxide, not nothing.[O is next to N in English ne.)

    Detail levels? Antialiasing? Anisotropic filtering?

If 1280x960 with max details, I guess a X1900 series or a 7900 seires card will be enough :D

You don't need such extreme cooling to hit those speeds. But you can only do these with E6300 or at most E6400. Because if you wanna reach FSB2133 with E6600, that's 4.8GHz!!!
