BTW, if you didn't know, this card is slightly faster than a 7600GS when I bought it, and now it's almost as fast as 7600GT

It's not available in Sri Lanka yet. Even if people can afford US$500 or so in USA, we have to pay more than Rs. 80000 for this card when it is available here. That's a huge ask even for a very rich guy.
Aren't you using Vista?
