what are the requirements and how to do the setup on both sides...

use Skype and web cam ...this is the only cheap method for video conferancing...if not u have to get dedicated Leased line from the ISP.. that will be more expensive.

Its looks like a web site...... u just have to log on to the web site and no third party softwares like skype needed.......
