Virus Attack help needed

Guys,

for the past few days i'm getting some visur attacks. luckly it's gets blocked by norton antivirus, but it's keeps on poping.... these are the viruses (risk names)

* MSRPC SERVER SERVICE BO
* MSRPC MALICIOUS LSASS DS REQUEST BO

PLZ HELP ME TO GET RID OF THESE THING......

Thouth the attack gets blocks; I think it has some effect on my router too. coz every time nortom blocks the thing the router gets restarted too mate....
