is it the true free Memory..it says 345 in mine,but the resource monitor says 36% used Physical memory that means 1310MB free :S

It should be the free amount from cashed Memory

It is the true free memory. Most of them is used for superfetch

Well, the more RAM you have, the more Vista will allocate to the VGA. It is dynamic allocation, so it is only used IF needed. This much be something in the WDDM framework.
