The GUI doesn't look polished enough. There are way too much glitches. XP themes that come by default are perfect, not nice, but perfect.

Take the font in the startmenu. It looks ugly.

The toolbar in explorer windows are not great either. Something is wrong with the colour composition.

Anyway, this is only my opinion. If you like it, you keep it - as simple as that.
