Vodafone Dongle help,.......Urgent

I have a Voadfone unlocked dongle and I'm using an Airtel sim,

I used it for few years without any problem,
But now when i connect my dongle it pops up an message saying
"usim/sim card does not exist or unavailable"

I tried uninstalling and installing the mobile connect software....

But still the same,I tried googling, but didn't find any good solutions

Please help me on this issue,

did you try vodafone software? i had similar issue on windows 8.1 with my dongle (k3765) then i installed vodafone software and worked.
