yeah. that's why I specifically said bu port blocking.
a firewall can filter the packets. that is true. but will they go for such length. it will be very costly to monitor every packet. coz they cannot are not going to block the app. that means they are not going to block the chat in skype. only voice and video call ne.. so it will be very hard I think.
